Our range is tightly focussed and handcrafted; we celebrate a classic Pinot Gris and a deliciously fruity Rosé. Our Bordeaux red blends: Martello Rock and Pharos are distinctively complex. Our sustainably accredited vineyard produces all the fruit for our wines, so each vintage is an individual expression of this unique site. Visit us here at Brick Bay to taste our current vintages.
Brick Bay Extra Virgin Olive Oil
25 years ago we planted our first block of Spanish olives trees, followed by two further blocks of Italian varieties in 2003 and 2010.
Handpicked at optimum ripeness and pressed for us locally, our Brick Bay Extra Virgin Olive Oil is intensely flavoured and displays a fine balance between the mellow nuttiness of the Spanish olives and the peppery herbaceous characters of the Italian fruit.
Brick Bay Honey
Our Brick Bay honey comes straight from our hives, is minimally filtered and made from nectar collected from kowhai, other native bush species ( manuka, tanekaha, pohutukawa) but also wild flower plantings, lavender, rosemary, lilies, lotus, clover, borage……a real taste of the Brick Bay terroir.
Honest Chocolat for Brick Bay
We've partnered with our friends and neighbours Honest Chocolat - an independent local chocolate company. Chocolatier Nico Bonnaud handcrafts his small batches with love. The range includes fine bonbons and candied fruit chocolates utilising produce from Brick Bay such as oranges and macadamia nuts. The focus is on honest flavours and honest ingredients without any artificial flavourings or preservatives.
